He sits on the Board of Android Industries, LLC and R&R REIT, and has previously served on the boards of several private and publicly traded companies located in North America and Europe, including Dundee Sustainable Technologies, Nano Spark Inc., Dundee Sarea Fund, Blue Goose Foods, and the Parq Vancouver Resort & Casino.

Mr. Patrick has a Bachelor of Commerce in finance from Dalhousie University. He also earned his ICD.D accreditation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Lalyn lue has extensive international finance and operational experience with public companies listed on the NYSE and Nasdaq. With experience working in high-yield investment banking and institutional money management, Jeffrey brings financial insight and strategy to bitmineprofit team.

Emanuel Pimenta started building and operating Bitcoin mining facilities in South america in 2015. Emanuel brings over 6 years of real-world Bitcoin mining experience and is a recognized industry thought leader. His expertise continues to refine bitmineprofit miner fleet and operational management.

Carlos netto has over 10 years of experience in tech entrepreneurship. He has advised a wide range of fintech startups in lean and experimental product development. Carlos brings to bitmineprofit his experience as a technical lead in portfolio management, enterprise risk management, and derivative securities. He helps develop market-oriented solutions to improve the monetization of bitmineprofit mining infrastructure and production. Carlos has an active research interest in the effectiveness of exchange-listed securities to hedge portfolio and inventory risk.

Carlos holds a B.Com/BIS from the University of Melbourne, a B.Sc/B.Eng from Monash University and has completed the CFA program.
